The Dynamic Solutions for Youth Get Involved Academic Program (DSY GI Program) is an innovative approach to motivating and rewarding students for achieving greater academic success for students from elementary, through high school to college.

DSY GI Program works with schools to select students who have the potential to improve their performance. Students ranging from high achievers who need encouragement and support, to students having academic challenges are eligible to participate in the program.

DSY GI Program works with the schools and students to determine if the student has or needs a tutor and if the tutor relationship is successful for the student. If the tutoring is not working for the student, DSY will provide a tutor. The Program also provides group mentoring and counseling for the students.

The benchmarks for improvement are set by the team: the teachers, parents, DSY and the student.

Students are tracked for grades, class conduct, home and community behavior success. All parents and guardians are active in the program in a variety of ways. Achievement of each level of the grade increase benchmarks will result in the student receiving the achievement rewards that have been identified by the student themselves.

The Program will contact people in all arenas of professional and public lfe. Whoever inspires a student will be invited to enlist as that student's inspiration. We want the whole team, all involved - students, parents, teachers and the student's inspirational personage - to be the best, and the rewards will benefit all sides of that relationship, the motivator and the student, as well as their family and school community.
