	DSY Mentoring Program VISION: We help young people dream big, flourish in their communities and build fulfilling careers through dynamic relationships with trained Mentors.
	MISSION: We provide relationships with trained Mentors which promote learning, shield the participants from negative peer pressure, and create opportunities for them to form deep relationship with caring and dedicated adults from outside their family dynamic.
